I made a payment to Lesotho 🇱🇸 first week of May I normally pay to fnb Lesotho accounts without Hassell but now they changed and its now a forex payment and charges 30 and takes longer to get to the receipent...two days later o get an email from *** saying I need to provide details as funds can not be released I rep**** that yes the recipient is a Lesotho national but has a South African account and requested that they recall the funds.....two weeks later no feed back and I asked the same person why am I not getting my refund back and she replies that was never the agreement so now I want to know where is my money and why is it not refunded back to me...
