**** bank

If i can, -5 Starts. Not once since i started banking with this ****ty bank have I ever received any good service, was there 4 times to change my address, no success, I waited for an hour every single time just to get to someone helping me and they say no, it's not right, payslips from work, personal mail sent to my house,etc. Then my cards get ******, so I cancel it and reorder a card, waited for an entire month till i got angry and went to the bank to ask whats happening, got to the bank, the unhelpful clerk says no, its not here, you have to cancel and reapply for an account upgrade and reorder your card. Go back home reapply for an account upgrade just to have it say don't qualify, but I just did. Get into contact with that stupid message thing, where the helpful bot or person says my account was already upgraded and I shouldn't have cancelled my card, instead change delivery adress, totally different then what the other clerk said, not only that I have to reorder anew card because she told me to cancel it\, I have to PAY also Reordered a card, waited 14 days with no one contacting me, went back to the bank and it has been there for an entire week without anyone contacting me, had to wait an hour and a half just to get my damn card I waited almost 2 months for. **** bank. Waste all my time just for a damn card.
