Bank *****

I went into my bank account tonight just to see an amount of R192.00 from Festival foods are pending on my account. I don't know who they are. I did not do any transactions with my bank or card today. Its a few days I see transactions go through my bank account without me using my card or internet banking. I did report it to the ***** department and up till now nothing has been sorted out. Something is wrong in fnb for a while. I want answers because I can't do transactions. I had to decrease my limits for things that go through my bank account without my permission. I want answers!!!!
