FNB has been a nightmare to work with from day one their customer care service is basically nonexistent. Recently, debit orders from ome specific company I have NOT authorized has been going off my account and I've been charged R100 per reversal (even on a R150 debit order) which just does not make sense. I loathe this bank. They will coerce you into funeral plans and other nonsense but become scarce when you need any assistance. Don't open an account with FNB. Rather go to ABSA or Netbank.
