I cannot explain how frustrated I am with this bank. No one seems to be able to help me. I keep getting redirected from one *********** person to the next. I am trying to stay calm and polite but I seem to think you only get help when you shout and swear (not that I did that). It is just unacceptable that we entrust our personal and financial details to a company that can't even give you a straight answer.
