I am writing this for the second time since 48 response time has elaspsed I have not been assisted by this bank on my premier account this is to show that you guys don’t care about your clients.Your investigator is *********** she saw that I laid a complaint It’s only that she responded to my emails after 7 good weeks.Please release my funds so that I can divert to a different bank .I have a 9 months child who is in hospital I could use those funds to provide all the things needed for him I was kicked out of my apartment because I failed to pay in time those funds could’ve helped me with that as well .I am tired now there are a lot of banks that I can use but as for you guys I am tired just release my funds please because you are also charging me the monthly fee for an account I am not even using ..Release my funds and let me move to a different bank
