Balance Refund
My relationship with FNB is terminated. Still I am yet to be refunded my balance.
I have forwarded my alternative account confirmation letter for the funds to be refunded there. It has been acknowledged still I'm yet to receive the refund. This has taken weeks, refund me my balance. Thanks.

12 Jul 2024, 23:29I have mailed Fnb severally regarding this issue so that my money will be refunded to me.
You guys claimed that standard Bank is yet to respond to your email to confirm my account, I've also forwarded another bank account details so that the refund will be paid there but I'm yet to hear from FNB.
Refund me my balance, I need my money. You can't terminate my banking relationship with you and still not refund me my balance. Follow up on this issue and make sure that you issue my balance. That's all I'm asking for. Thanks.
