**** Balance for Easy Account

I am very frustrated with FNB. My account is showing an available negative balance of R537, which is representing an estimated shortfall that FNB algorithm calculated based on my regular monthly spenditure. Unfortunately I cannot use the money in my account, which is reflecting as balance. I already got inconvenienced by failure to use money on my card just because FNB is saving that money for so me expenses they think I'll incur it in the future. Ps I have no debit orders on the Account and I also have no pending payments.
