Bad/non existent service from FNB Homeloans

I app**** for a further loan at FNB to consolidate my debt. I filled in all the forms and had it signed, after which I got informed it will be paid out in 3 to 7 working days. This never happened. I then got told i have to fill in a form (again) that I already filled in, which I did. This was handed to FNB. FNB immediately phoned me with regards to insurance, which I have. From there, they needed to phone my wife. Note this is after approval. My wife being a teacher cannot answer in class. I informed FNB of this, and asked if they can phone on Monday, it being a public holiday, which they didnt, and instead told me it will be paid out on Wednesday, 10 August 2022. Wednesday, my wife got permission from school to answer her phone, and when FNB phoned it was insurance again! Insurance is covered by the levy, which I informed FNB about. This not only wasted over 40 minutes of my wifes time, but apparently she now has to pay R160. I have emailed FNB numerous times, but it appears as if they dont care. It is now 4pm on Wednesday 10 August 2022, and no payment have been made, and no reason given for this. I have been a client of FNB for over 20 years, and this is hands down the worst service I have received, and the careless attitude from FNB regarding this is making it worse.
