BAD/NON EXISTANT TELEPHONE SERVICE

To my greatest regret, I migrated to FNB (wealth) 18 months ago. If it was not for the hours spent on admin in establishing my accounts, I would have loved to turn the clock back to my pre-FNB status. WHY because it is impossible to talk to any person. On numerous occasions have I tried to converse with somebody at this establishment. Recently again trying to communicate with their Forex division, all in vain.
