Badest PVT Client service ever

this whole COVID 19 relief of FNB is utter bulltwang!!!!!!!! I have been trying to get help from FNB regarding COVID relief since the beginning of lockdown with NO help what so ever I did get the COVID relief LOAN which I feel is VERY VERY unfair as NO ONE new what was gonna happen...… no I have a loan to repay which I wont be able to as I am not earning a salary why did other clients get loan extensions but I wasn't offered to get that?????? What is FNB going to do to assist me?????
