Bad worst service

Worst worst service.... App**** for credit card increase more than a week ago. My freezer broke down and i asked for increased and i can afford it every month. Ive spoke to a lady today and she said it will be done today 13:00. Still not done and all my meat is going bad. When i phone them they keep dropping the line
