Bad verry bad......

And still after over 40 days of calls about 60 plus I still have no papers to show the seller for land that I try to bought. Ive already have a home loan but I apply for a second bond on the loan and yes over 40 days and nothing... The best is that the sellers contrac with me expire tomorrow the 19th...bad verry bad that all I can say!!!!
