Bad useless fnb

Bad,after deducting unnecessary and un approved amounts off of my account,me having to wait 3 weeks for them to pay me back ,now they want to deduct these amounts off my account again as per my internet banking. I have tried 5 times this morning to phone them,phone gets put down in my ear call after call,cant even get through to an operator. Worst bank in the world. Dont open an account with them.
