Bad treatment of staff

I have a cousin who worked for fnb in qwaqwa. Her contract ended. However she did not receive her payment for the last month of her employment. She went and asked what the problem was but never really got clarity until they told her that she would get paid the next month. Fast forward, she's still getting the roundabout. Please take note that this is someone who has children and recently moved for a new job was counting on that money for transport purposes. I wrote this on her behalf because she wouldn't out of respect for her former colleagues. But any other logical thinking person can see that it's not fair.
