Bad treatment

FNB Bela Bela branch, my experience in this branch wasn't ecco friendly. Last week on Friday (20-march-2020) one of the stuff member came with some random person to us after making an withdrawal at one of the tillers inside the branch, the guy and this other person asked us where did we get the cheque and also wanted to know much we had on us. The guy that approach is with this unknown individual they where rude an made a scene for us in front of other clients that where at the branch. The stuff member of this branch was unprofessional and didn't respect our privacy because we also spoke to the branch manager about it an he was also convinced that what we did was wrong. The branch manager said I qoute "i would have done the same thing with you " I dont know if we look like ********* to them this people are judgemental and look like this dark skin is the problem to them and being dark skin your always a suspect . If FNB have a dress code or a certain class for clients to come to there branch can they please notify us unlike treating us like *********..
