Bad treatment by FNB

I simply cannot pay off my accounts with fnb because my cheque is suspended so the other account I have under my cheque cannot be paid, I called fnb with a goal to get assistance but no one seems to know how to assist me, the client! Its quite pathetic how easy it is to take credit but when I want to pay them off it’s a huge challenge, please urgently provide a solution to this ununderstandable issue
