Bad treatment by FNB and their Insurance.

I have been banking with FNB since 1993. I had a Policy with the bank I was paying that I am hospitalized the Policy will pay all the days I spend in hospital. The Policy was active when I was hospitalized due to Covid 19. I made a claim and was told that the Policy doesn't cover Covid and I was not paid. I also lost my job and I had a loan with FNB and the insurance did not cover my.loan and I was paying the premium. I am handed over to MBD Lawyers who want me to pay the loan and I am unable to pay as I am still unemployed due to sickness. I sent all documents to FNB.
