Bad treatment after opening an account.

FNB Savannah Mall Polokwane don't even deserve a one star. I went to them today for assistance on a accident I opened yesterday. I found a gentleman who was sitting on a bench when I entered. I told him what I needed assistance with and he said I must take a seat until a phone is available. He then attended someone else that come after me. A phone became available and several employees past me with out asking me if I am assist. Then when a new customer enter and n employee immediately came to assist her while is was still sitting and not getting any assistance. I then ranked to see the manager and my request was denied. Why is that? Don't I have the right skin color?
