Bad treatment

On the 3rd of May 2017 I went to the FNB bank in Lebowakgomo, to have them link my account to that of my creditor (African Bank). The teller who was helping me did the linkage. I went to FNB Atm and did the transfer and left.

days letter I received a call from African bank demanding payment. I told them I paid on the 3rd of May but they said there was no money in their account.

I went to the FNB Bank and asked for a manager (Thandiwe). I explained to her what happened. On investigation, she discovered that the teller put African Bank as the beneficiary bank instead of FNB. To me that seemed a little problem as the money was to go from my FNB account to African bank FNB.

We are now on the third month. When I phone the manager she promises that the matter has been escalated and that it would be solved. I am running out of patience.

Please intervene.
