Bad Treatment
I walked into the branch with my 83 years old ailling father when I needed the bank to sign and issue a stamp on his form for his beneficiary funds. The consultant confirmed with the supervisor Mr xulu who refused to grant permission since mr fathers address was of rural area I demanded explanation from him he gave unsatisfying reasons I told him that I will use hello peter platform to lay a complaint he didn't give a fly. I then went to gundi square branch where I got the help for my father. Iam personally banking with fnb I am considering to move away from fnb since I get an impression that people who resides in rural areas are not fit to be considered customers
