Bad to worse

I have app**** for a Home loan switch to FNB. I have been banking with FNB for over 15 years. After running around endlessly I was informed by the home loan consultant that my application has been declined because FNB does not believe me when I say that I will move into the main building. Bearing in mind that I am living in the outbuilding.I find the feedback from FNB absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. The consultant also wanted to classify my property as a commercial property and upon discussion with their commercial property team they advised that the request from the homeloan division to classify the property as a commercial unit unnecessary. I have chosen to remain with FNB although their service has been atrocious purely because of the inconvenience of switching banks but with this latest display of incompetence I will have no choice but to reconsider banks
