Bad to none service!!

I've been struggling since the 5 Aug to get a matter resolved and except for one proper email from a person I'm just getting automated replies. A bank that I've been with for years, infact, since I got my first bank account, giving me this **** service. People must not ask me if I will recommend FNB because I will just laugh and said NO!! Might be moving to another bank myself if things does not improve. Or maybe not wait and just move...
