Bad teller service
I went to Protea Gardens mall branch yesterday and I was informed by a lady called Innocentia Phiri that you do not accept deposits less than R20 000, this is despite the fact that I informed her that I was willing to incur the costs of the deposit and my transaction included cents. Please advise if this is accurate and how to proceed further.
