BAD SYSTEMS AND DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY
Someone stole my wife's wallet in London<br> First National Bank Credit Card<br> Standard Bank Credit Card<br> Drivers License<br> 30 Pound cash<br> 50 Euro cash<br> They withdraw Almost R45000,00 out off the First National Bank account<br> 35 transaction of which 31 where the same amount at the same institute<br> We reported it to the police, we cancelled the Credit Card on online<br> We report it to the Oyster company that provide the service to London Underground<br> The problem is as follows First National Bank told us it's a pin code card they are not going to refund the money<br> On the other hand Standard Bank the same pin code and nothing were from take that account<br> FNB did not stop or report the 31 transactions, with the same amount, in a /- a 30 minute period<br> Other banks block transaction with the same amount, same company if the amount is the same<br> A friend of us used his FNB credit card at the Gautrain machines and it did not asked for a pin?<br> This could be the same with the London underground/transport machines<br> The system is not up to standard. They could have prevented the situation
