Bad Support from FNB. Actually NO support

I have been trying to get support from FNB, by phone and via their Secure Chat for two days ...No response. is FNB now so big that I can't be helped. Even in two days? My previous problem was not resolved. Just a message that they'll contact me in 5 days, just to receive a message that my problem was resolved without contacting me. Really FNB. Must I dare you to support me?
