Bad Standing Policy

I'm a great FNB customer and I promote you guys to all my friends but your 'Account in bad standing' policy is just ridiculous.

When I get my salary I move most my money from my cheque account to my credit card account so that I can earn eBucks from using the credit card. Last month I didn't leave enough in the cheque account and once my debit orders went off I was overdrawn on that account by about R372.00 FNB sent me an sms and I topped up the account immediately and transfered the amount over so the account got 2 payments that month. I haven't received my eBucks for last month and I've been told via Secure Chat that my account will be in bad standing for 6 months, thus preventing eBucks and access to my revolving loan, all because I didn't have enough for my revolving loan debit order R372.00 in my cheque account for 1 day. How is that logical. I've moved all my products over to FNB to make the most of ebucks, and if you're going to prevent me from earning any for the next 6 months, then what's the point of holding an account with you? These are the products I have:

- Cheque account - Credit account - Revolving loan

I was also going to move over to mobile in 2 months once my vodacom contract expired. This is insane, how can this possibly be a good policy??? Please advise how I can resolve this issue. I really like FNB and I don't want to change banks?
