Bad sirvice from fnb

On the 04/04/2020 I was in meyerton fnb to deposited the money I put all details and I put the money in when I'm waiting for slip the machine go off I was with the security of fnb I wait till the machine comes on again the didn't come back and there was no slip come out The security said I must com on Monday which I was on the 06/04/2020 I get helped with Lebokgang she said the money is in the account that I was sending to which is R1200 On the 16/04/2020 I was surprised when I get the massage today said I didn't deposited the 1200 I go to the bank immediately to the bank the lady was helping me she said she don't see the money in that account PLEASE HELP ME
