Bad services from FNB sales

FNB is quick to judge. To tell me if I miss again my delivery that I will be liable for the fees. I phone yesterday and this morning again your phone calls. No calls are begin answered. I was the entire day at home and no one was at my house for a delivery. I did not receive any calls from RAM for a delivery.

Customers come first where is that?
