I just spoke to Transunion and gave them the ref number which I got from you Cas ***-K3V7B6 and they just told me that nothing was send to them from FNB to update the acc as a closed acc I waited 14 days and no updates was done the consultant from fnb told me it will be updated they only received the information to update the personal loan this is unacceptable due to this TEMP LOAN not being updated on my credit report I have to give a R80000 deposit to get car finance on the vehicle I want I am not satisfied that the TEMP LOAN I PAID IN AUGUST 2022 was never made seen as serious enough to be updated the beauru said they never received a request to update the acc as closed and paid up I have worked so hard to get my report up to date and this the thank you I get from my bank

I need this matter to be solved today I asked in October month for help I asked again in this month for a request because I didnt see updates only to find out nothing was sent to the beauru to say that the acc is paid up and closed

How many times must I request for my TEMP LOAN to be updated as a closed and paid up account? This morning I had to request again this is not fair towards me I paid that Acc in full August month its now November month no updates no man this is nonsense

Its been 60 days No updates on my temp loan

I logged a request for ITC update in October 2022 ref number CAS-***-K3V7B6 they said wait 14 days I waited no updates was done

I complained on hello peter no feedback came back to me on friday today I logged another request

Ref number CAS-***-P0B5B6 and now its again I must wait for 14days I have waited the 60 days I have waited for 14 days what must I still do to get my TEMP LOAN UPDATED AS A PAID UP AND CLOSED ACC
