I opened my business 3weeks ago and opened a business account in vincent park branch east london i was told i will get my business bank card in 5 working days till now nothing.

Last week monday i called fnb merchant department requesting for an online ecommerce merchant application which was sent to me right away.same monday i sent it back to *** filled up. i then called fnb thursday to follow up apparently nothing was showing up and i was told to leave my details i will get a call back nothing.friday i called again still nothing on the system and i was told again to leave my details still no phone calls.monday was public holiday and again today i called to follow up nothing was on the system and was told again to leave my details nothing

Should i owe fnb i will be getting *** calls every minute but im bringing in business yet being treated like trash. *** thats my account number and business name is ankanzimia mag.

Been banking with fnb for more than 15 years. Maybe we should all move to another bank because fnb is failing to attend to its clients
