bad services

on 5th of June i called in and spoke to a lady named Gugulethu Mavuso and i must say i am very very disappointed with her services. I called in the get prescription letters and she advised me that id get them within 24 hours which was the following day however i didn't get the letters, i then called on the 9th and i was told that must wait 7/10 working days , i sent emails to Gugulethu but she never rep**** to any of my emails. she also sent me an email on 5th confirming that il get the letters after 24 hours but that hasn't happened. Please teach your advisors about honesty and integrity and how to treat clients, clients should not have to run after advisors for help but should get help as soon as they need it. this 1 star was given cause its the lowest rating but she deserves a 0
