Bad Services
For a month i have been waiting for my proof of purchase from FNB smart Device department regarding my Iphone 5S which is locked at the moment by Apple. All i need is someone to give me original proof of purchase from FNB between them and their supplier. This proof to be difficult as i have been told everyday that the letter will be sent via email before close of business. Poor service by FNB.
