Bad service/incorrect bank charges and no follow-through by consultants in resolving disputes.

FNB has taken roughly R4000 in bank charges from my business account in two months. This was disputed on Thursday, 6 June 2019. I was told I would get feedback in 3 business days. On Monday, 10 June 2019 I followed up to be told the wrong amounts were logged and only one of the two months in question. Jack May confirmed he would have an answer and revert back to my by Tuesday, 11 June 2019. Again on Tuesday I had to contact FNB to get feedback on my query, at this stage I have spent in excess of 6 hours on the phone in 2 days. Again Jack confirmed incorrect information captured, he also gave me incorrect information as to why these amounts were taken off my account and finally confirmed correct amounts and correct information after spending almost 15minutes on the phone. At various times the incorrect information was confirmed. He again confirmed one month's fees were logged for reversal, but confirmed yet another dispute would have to be logged to ensure the correct information and amounts would be reversed. The call was ended with him confirming all details and amounts pertaining to my dispute and confirmed that by 9am on Thursday, 13 June 2019 he would revert back and assured all would be resolved...this is yet to happen and doubt I will get this promised call, yet again. After this has been resolved, I am closing all accounts with FNB.
