BAD SERVICE:FNB CREDIT CARD DEPT

I am disgusted with FNB services,for so long I had a credit card with them and when I decided to close it off,I was sent from pillar to post.Their customer service agents said contradicting stories, the account is fully paid and they keep asking me to increase my limit and debit my absa account rediculous amounts.I sent emails and called FNB even went inside the bank to lodge complaints, instead am ignored.I want FNB to close off the account ASAP,however FNB seem not interested to action my request.
