Bad service with no compliance to their own turn around time

I had such a bad experience with FNB today and yesterday I had requested for a payment reversal on my account on 22 November 2021 but still today I don't have feedback and they said they will give me feedback in 10 working days but nothing when I called today and yesterday they are just sending all over the show with no assistance at all
