Bad service with illiterate staff

Yesterday I started at the branch office in Bara because i'm tired of the debit order ***** that FNB has no control over. The lady that was assisting me later told me that she can't close off my account with a license and that she will need my ID. It was news to me because a couple of weeks ago they were willing to assist me in Maponya Mall so I proceeded by going there. When I got to Maponya I asked the ticket guy if I can close my account using my driver's license and he said I could. I qued for about 30 minutes only to be told that they want my ID. FNB doesn't respect it's clients, and the lady still wanted to convince me to switch accounts yet they can't control the debit orders that are ******** their clients. I'm angry and what annoys me the most is that the stuff advises you with different things. The ticket guy is the first point of contact, he should have advised me before I qued that for closing an account FNB will need my ID. Your service is pathetic.
