Bad service with fnb Irene

We to went fnb Irene branch on a saturday ( 25 March 2023 to do some amendements on our club account ( remove two members and add two new members) firstly they wanted to come up with an attitude that they cant help us as its a weekend and they are short staff ( i mean what does that has to do with us as clients) after we refused and showed them that nothing on their website talks about that nonsense they made us wait for 45mins and finally told us that someone will assist us ( the very same lady who refused to help us at first is not suprisingly able to assist) today its the a month and to this date the issue is still not resolved....bad service fnb
