Bad Service with FNB Fiduciary - Estates

This is aimed at FNB Fiduciary - Estates. My Mother-In-Law passed away on the 29th February 2016 and to date (2 Years and 1 Month) we are still waiting for FNB Fiduciary to finalize the Estate. They keep on blaming the Tax consultants for holding up the process, but if those tax consultants were working for me they would have been taken over the coals a long time ago. I am afraid I would never recommend anyone to have FNB as their executers of any estate as I really feel this is pushing it to the limits
