Bad service , useless

Worst service ever , no compassion or customer service centric , i went to FNB Gape gate regarding my temp loan , they put me through to the loan department , i spoke to lady and explained i am the only bread winner in my family and need to make arrangement to make payments, i was told i need to wait until my account is handed to legal , i get a call from David, very unprofessional could not help me and said he get someone to call me, up to this day i have no call nothing ,no one can assist or want to help -
