Bad service to the core

This bank is so frustrating, after requesting a friend to assist with a r1000 for medication on ewallet. I received a notification then went to spar ebonypark to collect cash it declined that was Sunday and their call centre was closed, phoned Monday I was sent from pillar to post. Finally Tuesday morning I am told the money is hanging I should wait for 7 to 14 working days for them to resolve their problem. Such a bad service even wiring money from abroad doesn't take that long. Service is really bad and doesn't care about ordinary people
