Bad service to open business account!!

<p>I have opened a business account and have mailed all the required Fica docs 3 times. Yet my account is placed on hold because I haven't send the docs according to FNB (ID copies in colour - the lot!). I have proof that FNB recieved the mails - so it's a case of the employees simply not feeling in the mood to do their jobs or to service their customers!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really pathetic service!</p>
