Bad service thembisa fnb

I am so hurt and dissapointed with the service i received at the mall of thembisa branch today went there to just collect my card so I work around the mall and i was on my lunch and they couldn't assist me told me it full mind you the center mangement sent out an email that people who work around the mall please help them 1st i was just asking for that favour since we always at work plus it month end it packed everywhere now when am i going to get my card am even thinking of closing the account for that am very angry and dissa6
