Bad service stokvel account

Good day

We have a stokvel account with FNB and off late we have been given bad service at North Rand Branch where we had an issue with our account that needed fixing but the account was made worse, it even stopped sending notifications when deposits where made, we went to Lakeside where we where told we cannot be assisted we need to go to the North Rand Branch. FNB staff just gives us the run around. When all we needed was to fix the account.
