Bad Service still an at FNB

Bad customer service is a disease that’s ****ing private sector and it continues to be left unattended even by the big institutions like FNB.

My brother wired me R 300 into my ewallet this morning and even sent me an sms confirmation.

I phoned the e-wallet contact centre to get clarity on the matter. Nombuyiselo Majola answered the phone.

And immediately you could pick up that this person is not there to work. Instead of asking me kindly for information she was demanding it.

Her tone was that of a commander than that of a CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT.

She used words like, “YOU NEED TO KEY IN THE SAME PASSWORD THAT YOU CREATED”.

“IT’S NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT YOU ARE USING E-WALLET SO USE THE SAME PASSWORD THAT YOU CREATED”.

“ENTER YOUR PASSWORD”.

“ANYONE CAN SAY THEY HAVE SENT YOU MONEY AN SMS CAN COME FROM ANYONE.”

She is very rude I must say.

Her supervisor was more professional and offered a solution to my problem. But you guys have to deal with the Nombuyiselo’s of this world.
