Bad service stay away

I app**** for a loan due to a burst pipe we have to repair and it’s something not planned . Reached out to my bank to assist me . I don’t know if you review your messages when we chat online . No one can help and I am in need of this so urgently . I think I need to look for another bank that can help when needed in times like this waited 4 days for a loan application one I was pre approved for
