BAD SERVICE-RETURN OF MONEY

A payment has been made into an account on 30 September, which was closed as per the recipient. I do accept the fact that the debit order was not stopped in time. The money never got to the recipient as the account was closed. <br> <br> I have ever since struggled with FNB to get this money returned to me. Just nobody is calling me back and giving me my money back. This is unacceptable. Daneel Bhidal has contacted me and told me she is busy sorting it out and will contact me.
