BAD SERVICE - REFUND REQUEST NOT RECEIVED AFTER 5 WEEKS

I called FNB loans collection department five times from April 2025 to date and still no one was able to assist me with my refund.

I am sooo disappointed and angry with the service I got from their consultants. Unfortunately I couldn't get the names of the 1st two consultants but after that I spoke to Nonku, Kutlwano, Nomaphelo and Unathi.
