Bad service received ever
i waited for close to two months waiting for refund on my home loan account .The is a sum amount of 8000 rand that was paid In that account and the bond yet is not registered i called Fnb from 27 june till today 05 August nothing is been done i am told everyday that they are escalating the matter but still nothing.

05 Aug 2024, 14:02Its been month saying my matter is being escalated for how should one wait to be paid remember this is my money we talking about .If it was me not paying my bond in time i would be handed over to sheriffs by now or even reposded the property why is it taking so long for me to get what is due to me? No one is willing to help me at fnb i am being send from pillar to post lets be realistic sometimes its so painful what this bank is doing to me its not good at all i am very disappointed in this whole issue
