BAD SERVICE RE REVERSALS

I had an amount deducted and requested a reversal, as it was unauthorized. I then called and completed a dispute form and then two days late they inform me that I need to get in contact with the company at least 3 attempts to reverse it. It is an app so how do I even make contact? This is absolute *******. This was never the case before.
